Reliable and friendly
Driver was there, smiling and ready with my name on his phone. We said 2200 hours as we thought we would be held up with EES procedures, but we walked straight through at 2145 so really pleased he was there. Driver helped with bags, played good music & got us to our apartment. Very happy. Thank you
Reliable service
The service was easy to book online. The friendly driver arrived a few m early and got us to the airport in plenty of time.
I notifed the company 2 days advance that I woud need to cancel the taxi due to unforeseen medical problems and asked for a refund. They ignored my emails, did not pick up my phone calls leaving me ina situatiin that I have paid for nothing. There was ZERO communication from the company in my issue, yet sent me marketing related emails. What kind of company is this that they take your money, ignore you as a customer but send marketing email to you?

Exemplary travel company
Our flight to Girona was delayed and I wasn't expecting the taxi to have waited for us, but I was wrong. The driver , Miquel was waiting for us in the arrivals hall, what a delightful, pleasant and informative man, a credit to the company.

This was our first time booking, and we were met at the airport even though our flight was perfectly on time. The driver was very friendly and obeyed the traffic rules very well. We did have to wait a bit for our early morning pick-up, as a driver had apparently cancelled at short notice, so his colleague drove us to the airport very quickly. We can wholeheartedly recommend this company and would definitely use them again if we were planning another holiday on the Costa Brava!
Wir haben zum ersten Mal gebucht und wurden am Flughafen schon erwartet obwohl unser Flug sehr pünktlich war. Sehr freundlicher Fahrer, der sich sehr gut an die Verkehrsregeln hielt. Bei der Abholung früh morgens mussten wir etwas warten. Da wohl kurzfristig ein Fahrer ausfiel, fuhr die Kollegin sehr zügig zum Flughafen. Wir können das Unternehmen aber voll und ganz empfehlen und würde wieder darauf zu greifen, wenn ein weiterer Urlaub geplant werden sollte an der Costa Brava!
Efficient, on time, polite and friendly
I used Costa Brava Taxi company for the first time this year - I will be a returning customer! My drivers (Miguel was excellent) collected me for arrival and departure on time; their vehicles were clean and comfortable and they made the journey each way a great experience. Big shout out to Miguel who spoke excellent English and made the hour long journey into the City feel a lot quicker! Excellent and reasonably priced service.
